The successful applicant must have a good development background in a commercial environment and experienced in PHP, MySQL, ASP, ASP.NET and MSSQL based projects. Experience of dotNet technologies will be seen as a bonus.

Knowledge of publishing packages such as Photoshop, Corel Draw (knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash or Microsoft Expression Web would be an advantage). Willingness to learn new software and technologies is important. 

The successful candidate will be involved in production specification / design of new marketing material, planning and executing marketing campaigns as well as helping with web site material. You will be involved in organising and taking part seminars and other events and will need to interact with clients. Excellent communication skills are necessary and the ability to take ownership of projects / tasks and see them through to delivery are essential.

CURRENT VACANCIES:  ACCOUNTS CLERK 
The successful applicant must have a good standard of English and famailiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Good working knowledge of general Bookeeping and Sage Line 50 accounts package

To be part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate Accounting function.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
• Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner.
• To maintain and reconcile the Direct Debit mandates.
• To deal with regular transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconcilliations are completed.
• To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare cheques for payment.
• To ensure that all post is sent daily.

Skills / Attributes Required

• Previous experience in an Accounts office.
• Strong Microsoft and Excel skills
• Good organisation and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ideally be studying for the AAT (Association of Accounting Technician or equivalent)
