Logical Micro we offer Hardware Maintenance contracts to ensure minimum down time which can affect the smooth running of your business and in the event of failure you are back up and running as quickly as possible.
Logical Micro has a team of highly qualified, friendly, customer facing engineers. They are able to provide you with support over the telephone, remoteley over the Internet and of course on site.
Our services are available either as part of an all inclusive annual maintenance contract or on an adhoc basis.

- Free loan equipment (if yours is not repaired within reasonable time)
- Restore Data from Backup
- Remote Internet based support in addition to our on-site services
- Network operating system support
- Fast response times with choice to suite your budget
- Computerised call-logging system to analyse call history

- Complete system rebuild in the event of failure
- In-house workshop facilities
- All additional equipment supplied by Logical Micro during the term of the contract will be included at no charge until the annual review date.(Excluding major system upgrades)

Non Contract Maintenance Services
Should you decide you do not wish to take advantage of our comprehensive maintenance contract, we are happy to provide maintenance services on a non-contract basis. Our standard charge rates apply. Non-contract calls however cannot be guaranteed a response time for attendance, as contract customers will always take priority.
